I am a freelance graphic designer with 25 years of marketing and branding experience. Although I have spent most of my career working with clients in the retail industry creating point-of-purchase collateral and package design, I also enjoy designing smaller projects for a wide range of companies. No matter the size of the project, or the size of the company, every project is treated with the same attention and commitment as the last.
I received my BFA in 1989 from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, where I majored in Fashion Illustration, and studied typography, color theory, and graphic design. Back then, computers were just beginning to emerge as useful design tools, so traditional methods of design were mandatory - pencil, paper, and creativity!
In 1998, I started my own graphic design company, Carol Sullivan Design. Typography and color theory still play a large role in my design work ... and I still begin each project with pencil and paper.
